• Model of the building in Revit

PLUS: Ask about the "Time Lapse" priced at $50 (EXTRA)

NOTE 1: IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MODEL AND YOU WANT THE MODEL AND THE RENDER, READ THE EXTRA "3D MODELING 3,500 FT2" (SELECT ANY PACKAGE TO SEE THE EXTRA).

NOTE 2: IF YOU WANT THE MODEL, AND YOUR PROJECT HAS MORE FT2 THAN 3,500 FT2, WILL BE OFFERED A CUSTOM OPTION.

NOTE 3: WE WORK PERFECTLY WITH SQUARE METERS (M2) AND SQUARE FEET (FT2)

What we need for the RENDER:

• The model in Revit / Sketch Up (Preferably in Revit)
• Outdoor reference images
• Suggested architectural finishes (If you don't have, there's no problem, we propose them)

What we need for the MODEL:

• Floor plans in Autocad (with scale)
• Elevations in Autocad (with scale)
• Sections in Autocad (with scale)
• Topography in Autocad (with Scale)
