Seller was quick to respond and tried to revise to meet expectations. The project was to take a PDF copy of construction plans and model the interiors in SketchUp. The plans were in feet and inches and the SketchUp model sent back had many inaccurate measurements. It seems that seller converted to metric incorrectly in many places. Converting to metric wasn't necessary and seemed to cause the problems. When asked to correct, the measurements came back incorrect again.
