Basically, I will convert your premade 3d scene (any renderer) into an interactive able real time scene in unreal engine, you will be able to walk through that environment to inspect various things like opening the door, changing the wall color, turning on the shower or maybe TV, I can even make a VR experience on-demand within the package :) I can even model the required scene but it will take a lot of time and will be expensive in terms of cost.
